We offer our flatpack furniture assembly services in Birmingham and surrounding areas as well as TV wall mounting with same-day, next-day, early morning and late evening bookings available at an additional cost. Subject to availability.
We ask payment is made in cash on completion. We are currently looking into options for card payments but this is as of yet not available.
Yes, we ensure our installers have all the tools necessary, as well as common spare parts where possible. However to ensure we are equipped with the right tools we ask that you let us know in as much detail the work required with pictures beforehand.
We offer carrying services, providing you let us know beforehand, to help move large boxes and items to the required room. Unfortunately, we can not take the rubbish as this legally requires a waste carriers license. We can, if requested, help cut the boxes and packaging up into smaller pieces for easier disposal.
We do not sell or supply any furniture, TVs, brackets or other materials. We do however try to carry common assembly screws, locks and pieces as well as brackets and wall fixings to secure items to the wall. We do not charge if there are a few small pieces missing that we have the with us.
Yes, we offer wall mounting services and we recommend this to all our customers. Please let us know you require this service so we can ensure we have the fixings necessary to carry out the work. Costs vary depending on the item being secured to the wall.
Simply call us or text us letting us know you wish to cancel. We ask you provide us with at least 36 hours notice. In the event you cancel with less than 24 hours notice there will be a £30 late cancellation fee due.
Please let us know beforehand if there is no free parking available at your location. Any parking fees are the clients responsibility and will be added to the bill.
